Through the gentle touch or hands-off approach of a Reiki practitioner, energy flow is restored and balanced. By channeling life-force energy, the practitioner helps remove blockages and realign the body’s pathways, leading to deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace. Reiki not only promotes physical relaxation but also awakens your inner light, fostering clarity and vitality. It’s a holistic practice that heals both body and spirit, leaving you refreshed, revitalised, and more in tune with yourself.
