Maddy is the resident Myotherapist at Maia Mothers, specialising in a hands-on, multi-modality approach to women’s health. Her compassionate care focuses on supporting women at every stage, whether it’s through preparation for childbirth, postpartum recovery, or managing chronic conditions. Maddy’s expertise spans various therapeutic techniques, including dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy, all aimed at helping women reduce pain, increase mobility, and feel truly supported.

With a deep understanding of women’s unique needs—from C-section recovery to alleviating the discomfort of endometriosis and other chronic pelvic pain—Maddy is dedicated to nurturing health and well-being.
