Come as you are and step into a space created just for women. It’s a place where you’ll feel safe, supported, and seen—a space to share, connect, and just be as you navigate all the seasons of life.

Free from judgment, pressure, or noise, these circles are a space to simply be. A place to reconnect with yourself, connect with others, and feel in tune with the natural rhythms of life.

What are women’s circles?

Women have been gathering in circles since the beginning of time, to share stories, gather knowledge, recharge and support one another. Circle gatherings offer a supportive space for women to come together, allowing an opportunity for the celebration of sacred rites-of-passage, to share in collective wisdom, and to join in peace and joy as sisters.

In circle, women can show up as they are, dropping the masks at the door and just simply be who they are at their core. There are no expectations to do or be any particular way – it’s a judgement free zone, a space where you can drop into your body and really nourish your heart and soul.

Through intentional themes aligned with the cycles of nature and the inner rhythms of the menstrual cycle, each gathering invites you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your essence. Together, we create a space of deep connection, healing, and nourishment for the soul.

+ 8 Transformative Sessions Across the Year +
Join us for eight sacred women’s circles in 2025, each honouring a pivotal moment in the cycle of the year.

In these circles, we will explore themes of personal growth, connection, self-reflection, inner peace, and nurturing the feminine spirit, with practices such as guided meditations, journaling, and creative activities.

Each circle includes…

+ Welcome and opening of the circle

+ Outline of circle agreements and housekeeping for safety

+ Sharing about the theme and how this relates to our womanhood cycle

+ Group introductions and intentions for circle

+ Guided meditation or drum journey (these will alternate)

+ Journal prompts to align with the circle theme

+ Activity for connection as a sisterhood/grounding into our body

+ Craft activity and feasting

+ Closing of the circle

How do I know if women’s circles are my thing?

+ Are you craving community and connection with like-minded women?

+ Do you want a place where you can share stories, wisdom and learn from fellow sisters?

+ Are you feeling called to infuse more mindfulness and intention into your self care practices?

+ Do you want to be less in your head, and more in your body?

+ Is your mind, body and soul asking to be seen, heard and held by your sisterhood?

+ Do you want to nurture your inner child by adding more creativity into your everyday life?

If answered YES to any of the above, then women’s circles are for you sister!

Women’s Circle Dates

 Meet Emma Morris…

Emma, Maia Mothers Owner + Director, has carefully curated these circles, born from her own yearning for connection—a deep longing to sit with other women, to be held, seen, and nourished through the power of shared experience. This vision grew within her, waiting for the right time to take shape. When she met Rox at the end of last year, it felt like divine timing, and everything naturally fell into place.

Together, Rox and Emma have created these gatherings as a sacred space for women to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Emma hopes these circles become a source of comfort, strength, and inspiration, just as they have been for her.

 Meet Roxanne May…

Rox has dedicated over a decade to supporting women as a midwife, doula, and now as a passionate birthkeeper and bodyworker. Her work spans preconception to postpartum and beyond, honouring the wisdom of women’s bodies and the womb—the sacred gateway of life.

She is devoted to creating spaces where women feel held, seen, and nurtured, whether through soulful postpartum care, transformative bodywork, or sacred women’s circles. Each of Rox’s offerings is guided by a deep reverence for the cycles of womanhood, nurturing both body and soul while empowering women to embrace their divine feminine power.
