    Emma supports her clients through a combined approach of nutritional and lifestyle medicine, mindset, psychological work and movement prescription. She believes each mother needs a tailored approach to feel truly well and aligned, and loves to hold gentle accountability to her clients.

  • Ashlee Wells

    Mama of two + Psychologist

    Ashlee is a Registered Psychologist who has been providing mental health services to children, mothers and families since 2014.

    She has a special interest in Early Childhood Development, Parenting Support, Women's Health, and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH) which focuses on the emotional health and development of parents and infants. She has worked in private practice for the last 5 years which has allowed her to support clients across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds.

    Passionate about educating women with nutritional knowledge to set them up for enjoyable pregnancies and feeding their families.

    As a mother of two young girls, Alana understands the challenges and confusion around what to eat for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as starting solids, feeding children and managing common issues like eczema, allergies and intolerances.

  • Rachel Hodge

    Mama of four + International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

    After a rocky breastfeeding journey with her first child, Rachel decided to train as a counsellor with the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) after receiving some amazing support from lovely ABA volunteers herself. This is what led her to pursue her qualification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

    Rachel is passionate about providing support, guidance and help to mothers as they venture through their breastfeeding journey. She provides strategies to overcome breastfeeding hurdles and encouragement to become secure in mothers' abilities to parent responsively with peace and confidence.

    Nutritionist + Certified Nutrition Consultant with Oh Baby Nutrition

    Chelsea is passionate about supporting women nutritionally to achieve optimal health and wellness during pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. She believes in a holistic approach to health and absolutely loves guiding women to nourish their bodies, maintain healthy pregnancies, recover postpartum, and most importantly, feel their best during the beautiful season that is motherhood.

    As well as being a mother and myotherapist, Maddie is a women’s health advocate. A lover of the outdoors, Maddie seeks a holistic approach where putting your health first is lifestyle, not a luxury.

    Maddie’s journey in the world of health began in 2009 with a certificate in Personal Training. Her education and thirst for knowledge are forever evolving having since completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Myotherapy, extensive pre and post natal training, and abdominal scar immersion training.

    Maddie holds space for women to move with confidence, move with joy and move with freedom.

  • Alex Hall

    Mama of one fur baby + Psychologist

    Alex is a psychologist with a special interest in supporting parents & families in the perinatal period. She has worked across both public and private settings gaining experience working with perinatal depression and anxiety, infertility & pregnancy loss, birth trauma, adjustment disorders, attachment difficulties, parenting with mental health difficulties (e.g. personality vulnerabilities), and body image difficulties/eating disorders.

    Alex brings a genuine, compassionate, and friendly approach to her therapy. Alex uses a range of different therapy styles suited to each individual and their circumstance, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), schema therapy, and more.

  • Allie Hojnik

    Endorsed Midwife + Childbirth Educator

    Allie has worked in the birth space for 10 years and been a midwife for 7, a lot of it working in Midwifery Group Practice. Allie is also an Endorsed Midwife, which means she has additional qualifications to provide private midwifery services that are medicare rebateable, allows her to refer to specialists, prescribe, request investigations and make the classes private health fund rebateable.

    Throughout her career, Allie has witnessed hundreds of incredible births. However, she has also witnessed when birthing women and partners felt defeated and they thought... if only I had known, I would have done it all differently.

    Allie strongly believes that everyone should have the opportunity for amazing antenatal education that empowers you to have your best birth experience to start off your next stage of life feeling powerful and full of oxytocin.

  • Ariel Dawson

    Mama of one + Remedial Massage Therapist + Reiki Practitioner

    Ariel combines her healing hands, intuition and mesmerising energy to provide her clients with a unique healing experience via massage and Reiki.

    With a background in beauty therapy, Ariel saw first hand how powerfully healing massage therapy could be. With time, she went on to complete her studies in Remedial Massage therapy and later on, Reiki Level 1 and 2. She is due to finish her acupuncture degree at the end of 2024.
