Meet Chelsea Tatton

Nutritionist

Based in Brisbane, I live with my husband Calum and our cheeky Cocker Spaniel, Winston. My journey into nutrition began with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, followed by studies in Midwifery, where I discovered a passion for supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. After recognising the lack of nutritional care for postpartum mothers, I shifted my focus to nutrition, completing my studies at Deakin University and the Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition.

I am passionate about empowering mothers with the knowledge they need to nourish themselves and their babies. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and relaxing at the beach or in nature.

My advice for new mothers is to trust your instincts—you know your baby best. Be kind to yourself, and remember you deserve to feel nurtured too!
