    Kaitlin is a Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine, 2018) with a special interest in family health, with a deep focus on supporting mothers in the postpartum years.

    As a mother to two young children, Bella and Arlo, Kaitlin brings warmth, empathy, and real-life experience to every consultation. She is particularly passionate about addressing postpartum depletion — helping mothers rebuild physically, emotionally, and hormonally after the demands of pregnancy, birth, and the early years of parenting.

    Her clinical work focuses on improving nutrient status, interpreting blood work through a functional lens, and restoring energy through realistic, food-first strategies. Kaitlin is known for her practical, no-fuss nutrition advice that works for the time-poor mother who wants to feel like herself again — steady, nourished, and supported.

    Bel’s approach is both evidence-based and deeply intuitive — shaped by her own healing journey and her experience as a mother to two daughters, Ebony and Saige.     With a background that includes volunteering in remote Australia and taking time out to be at home with her two young children, Kellie understands firsthand the complexities of modern motherhood.
