An initial consult is 1.5 hours which allows in depth discussion into your child’s health concerns, health history, current diet, likes and dislikes. Alana uses a collaborative approach to design a personalised treatment plan with achievable goals, dietary changes, recipes, specialised paediatric supplementation and optional functional testing.
A follow up appointment is booked in usually for 2-6 weeks after this to check in on progress and identify any barriers that may arise. Further follow up appointments are usually booked from this for ongoing support until you feel comfortable you have achieved your goals.
