All About Paediatric Nutrition

Nutrition is fundamental to optimal growth and development, and as parents we want to ensure we are giving our kids the best start in life.

Did you know that demands for some nutrients are higher in childhood than adulthood? Additionally to this, there is an increase in childhood issues where food and diet can help dramatically.

We understand it can feel overwhelming and confusing knowing which foods to feed our kids. This is why our Paediatric Nutritionist, Alana, is so passionate about working in this area and educating parents and families on optimal foods to include in their meals and how to navigate specific health concerns. Alana understands how upsetting it can be to see your child unwell or suffering from health issues, and the frustration when you can’t get any answers. She prides herself on her collaborative approach and aims to become an integral part of your support team, so you can feel supported in addressing your concerns.
