My passion for supporting mothers stems from my own transformative journey into motherhood. Like many, it was a deeply identity-shifting experience, full of joy but also unexpected challenges. As an AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) mother, I’ve come to understand the unique ways neurodivergence can shape the parenting experience. Through connecting with other mums, I realised how vulnerable and pivotal the perinatal period can be. This inspired me to help other mothers and families navigate this time, offering compassionate, evidence-based support to nurture both mental health and emotional wellbeing.
As a psychologist with a focus on perinatal and women’s mental health, I’m particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent mothers, who often face distinct challenges and strengths in their parenting journey. My goal is to provide a safe, understanding space where all mothers, including those who are neurodivergent, can share their experiences and feel truly supported.
