We value our talented practitioners’ time. When you book an appointment, you are holding space within our books.

For this reason, if you need to reschedule an appointment, we ask you provide us with minimum 24 hours notice to avoid a fee*.

If you miss an appointment without notice or give late notice (6 hours or less), the full fee* will apply. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours and have paid a deposit/upfront, you can use the deposit/upfront payment as a credit for a future service/consultation. If you give over 24 hours notice and have paid a deposit/upfront payment, we will refund you.

Of course, we understand that sometimes life is unexpected, so we will take into account extenuating circumstances such as emergencies.

*Health fund rebates do not apply to these fees.
