Mothers Group Term 1, 2025 (Feb - April) - Monday Group
Connection is something that is just so important for motherhood, especially those first-time mamas, and it can really make a difference to mental health outcomes. In these meet ups we hope to foster an inclusive, nurturing environment designed to help you to connect with like-minded mamas, learn something new and be reminded weekly that you are truly not alone.
The space will be set up for safe movement of your babies, including soft mats, toys and pillows. Feel free to roam with your babe as they play or sit on a chair and watch from a small distance. There is plenty of room for prams too, if your little one needs to nap.
Each week you get to enjoy a barista made coffee or tea, one-handed wholefood snacks, and enjoy listening to a postpartum expert.
Meet ups run from 10:30am - 12pm each week.
